Phantom Teams are a unique team-entry option for experienced girls ages 15U–18U who already have an established group they want to play with. Unlike our traditional Diamond and Sapphire teams, which are built through a competitive tryout and selection process, Phantom Teams apply as a pre-formed group and are evaluated for fit, experience, and roster readiness before acceptance. Once accepted, the team becomes part of the Driven Dragons program and is expected to align with our culture, values, training standards, and coaching philosophy. Our coaching staff will lead the team through the Driven Dragons approach to athlete development, teamwork, performance mindset, and competitive preparation. Driven Dragons provides the coaching, practice facilities, tournament scheduling, and club support needed to compete on either a Regional or National track. Interested in setting up a Phantom Team?
