​​For Girls in or entering High School (Ages 15U & Over): We provide pathways tailored to your athlete's ultimate goals. For our elite track, the National Division (Diamond) delivers a rigorous, highly selective, and super serious environment built for maximum collegiate exposure and intense multi-state competition. For athletes seeking high-level growth without the extreme travel pressure, our Regional Division (Sapphire) offers a competitive, driven training environment focused on sharp instincts and a growth mindset, while maintaining a balanced, family-friendly schedule.

​Choose Your Growth Journey:

• National Division: Exclusive, tryout-only teams for those aiming for the national spotlight.

  • Team Diamond: Our elite squad.

  • Season: December through June.

• Regional Division: Tryout-only, Powerhouse, competitive teams ranked by intensity.

  • Squads: Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald.

  • Season: December through May.
