Tournament Travel & Housing Guide

To keep our teams compliant and officially accepted into every event this season, please review the lodging requirements below. Events fall into three categories:

​

1. Just show up - arrive 1 hour before the tournament start time, the day of (White Rows)

2. Stay to Play (mandatory official hotels - links coming soon), arrive/check-in the night before the tournament start day, and check-out the last day of tournament play. (Pink Rows)

3. Flexible stay events, arrive/check-in the night before the tournament start day, and do not depart/check-out until 1 day after the tournament end day. (Blue Row)

 

The White Rows below are the 'just show up' events, not requiring hotel stays.  Totally up to you if you want to book on white events (suggested sites: travelocity.com).
